You know how when you go to KFC and say to yourself - this could be really good if they cared. Lee's cares. Wish it was closer to home. We try and stop on trips to Columbus. Chicken breading has great flavor. Spicy wasn't too spicy, just a slow build on the back end. Kudos to Lee's.
Always worth the stop when in the area of Lee's Chicken. Stopped today to grab some take out. We ordered the chicken fingers, and the chef said that the ones he had were about 40 minutes old and asked if we could wait while he made some fresh ones...who does that! Highly recommend you stop and grab their food, always delicious.

They're famous for the chicken I get it, but the fish is outstanding I'm done with seconds and will muster some willpower to not go back for another serving... DELICIOUS! I was craving Lee's chicken so I drove the half hour there and the half hour back just to be disappointed when I got home, the biscuits was hard and burnt the potato wedges limpy and sad.
